  • Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to process an order after which it shipped out.

  • There are some exceptions where an order may ship out later than three (3) business days. If this is the case for your order, then the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will take the actual ship date into account.

  • Royal Mail, DPD and Evri


Shipping time will be made available to you by the courier company when your order gets shipped.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.



We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Orders that shipped outside of the UK are subject to delivery/shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout.


Will I be charged customs for my order?


We are committed to providing excellent service and support for the global community. With that being said, international shipping can be complicated so we want to provide you with as much information as we can. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery. 

Please note: All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and original packaging.
